Somos Talent es una plataforma en español que ofrece información de los recursos disponibles de la Ciudad del Talent y contenidos de la Revista Caminos. Nuestro objetivo es servir a los residentes latinos/x de Talent y de las ciudades circunvecinas.
Parte de la identidad de una comunidad es reconocer el valor de todos sus componentes. La cultura hispana tiene una profunda influencia en la dinámica del sur de Oregón. La prueba de esto es que en las ciudades de Talent y Phoenix el Programa de Inmersión Bilingüe Bi-direccional que es un pilar importante para las escuelas y su población de estudiantes.
Luego de la destrucción del incendio Almeda y la situación actual con el Covid-19, es imperativo crear formas de apoyo entre todos. Por eso queremos decirte: ¡Juntos podemos salir adelante y ser más fuertes!
Nuestra Visión es crear una comunidad inclusiva que brinde información en español y que pueda alentar a nuestros residentes locales a avanzar juntos como una sola comunidad.
Nuestros valores se centrarán en proporcionar información de fuentes e individuos fidedignos, crear un espacio donde los residentes latinos/x tengan la oportunidad de participar y sentirse conectados con la comunidad. Resaltar eventos culturales en nuestra comunidad.

Somos Talent is a platform in Spanish that provides information from the City of Talent resources and Caminos magazine content. Our goal is to serve the Latino/x residents of Talent and neighboring cities.
We understand that part of the identity of a community is recognizing the value of all its components. The Hispanic culture has a profound influence on the dynamics of Southern Oregon. The main proof is that in the Talent and Phoenix Two-Way Bilingual Immersion Program, which is an important pillar for the schools and their student population.
After the devastation of the Alameda fire and the current situation with Covid-19, it is imperative to create ways to support each other. We want to tell you: Together we can move forward stronger than ever!
Our Vision is to create an inclusive community that provides information in Spanish while encouraging our local residents to move forward together as one community.
Our values will center on providing information from credible sources and individuals, creating a space where Latinos/x residents have the opportunity to engage and feel connected with the community. We will highlight cultural events in our community.
